刪除您的 Landlama 帳號

Landlama（Nano App）由 Landlama CO., LTD. 提供。您可以隨時要求刪除您的帳號及相關資料。

方式一：在 App 內刪除（立即生效）

1. 開啟 Landlama App
2. 點選畫面下方的「User」分頁
3. 點選「Delete Account」
4. 依畫面指示確認兩次

刪除會立即執行，完成後您會被導回登入畫面。

方式二：來信申請（不需安裝 App）

如果您已經移除 App，可以改用電子郵件申請：

• 收件地址： privacy@landlama.com
• 主旨： 刪除帳號
• 內容請包含： 您註冊時使用的電子郵件地址

請務必從您註冊時使用的電子郵件地址寄出。我們會以寄件地址核對您的身分，以避免他人冒用您的名義提出申請。

我們會在收到申請後 30 天內完成處理，並回信通知您。

我們會刪除的資料

• 您的帳號與登入憑證（包含電子郵件地址與密碼）
• 您的帳號與裝置之間的綁定關係
• 裝置在雲端保存的 AI 對話記憶
• 裝置的雲端狀態紀錄，包含裝置回報的 Wi-Fi 網路名稱
• 推播通知識別碼
• 與您帳號關聯的使用量統計

我們會保留的資料

• 以裝置為單位的使用量統計。這些紀錄不包含任何可識別您個人的資訊。保留原因是硬體可能轉手給新的使用者，新使用者應能看到該裝置的歷史紀錄。其中每日資料會在 400 天後自動刪除，每月彙總則長期保留。
• 一筆刪除紀錄。內容為一組內部識別碼（在您的帳號刪除後，該識別碼已無法對應到任何個人）、您提出申請的日期，以及處理結果。保留原因是我們需要能夠證明確實執行了您的刪除要求。

刪除之後

• 您將無法再使用該帳號登入
• 您的裝置會解除綁定，可以由其他帳號重新設定使用
• 此操作無法復原，我們無法為您還原已刪除的資料

Delete your Landlama account

Landlama (Nano App) is provided by Landlama CO., LTD. You may request deletion of your account and its associated data at any time.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (takes effect immediately)

1. Open the Landlama app
2. Tap the “User” tab at the bottom of the screen
3. Tap “Delete Account”
4. Confirm twice when prompted

Deletion takes effect immediately, and you will be returned to the sign-in screen.

Option 2 — Request by email (no app installation required)

If you have already removed the app, you can request deletion by email instead:

• Send to: privacy@landlama.com
• Subject: Delete my account
• Please include: the email address you registered with

Please send from the email address you registered with. We verify your identity against the sending address so that nobody else can request deletion on your behalf.

We complete requests within 30 days of receipt and confirm by reply.

Data we delete

• Your account and sign-in credentials, including your email address and password
• The link between your account and your devices
• AI conversation memory stored in the cloud for your devices
• Cloud device state records, including the Wi-Fi network name reported by the device
• Push notification identifiers
• Usage statistics associated with your account

Data we retain

• Device-level usage statistics. These records contain no information that identifies you. They are retained because the hardware may pass to a new owner, who should still be able to see that device’s history. Daily records are automatically deleted after 400 days; monthly summaries are retained long term.
• A record of the deletion itself. This consists of an internal identifier (which, once your account is deleted, can no longer be resolved to any individual), the date you made the request, and the outcome. It is retained so that we can demonstrate your deletion request was carried out.

After deletion

• You will no longer be able to sign in with that account
• Your device is released and can be set up again by another account
• This action cannot be undone. We are unable to restore deleted data
